Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Estimated Delivery Times

• United States (domestic warehouses): 2–10 business days

• International (including UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand): 8–11 Business days

These are estimates only. Delivery times may vary due to customs, seasonal volume, or carrier delays. 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs shown at checkout are final. We may offer flat-rate or calculated shipping depending on product type and destination. Any duties, import taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. Please provide photos and documentation so we can file a carrier claim. Remedies may include replacement or refund at our discretion.

Customs & Import

International customers are responsible for customs clearance and related fees. High Pocket Outfitters is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be changed or canceled within 1 business day of placement, provided the order has not yet shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

Exceptions

Certain products (e.g., made-to-order, personalized, or final-sale items) may have different shipping terms. Any such exceptions will be noted on the product page.
