Return Policy

At High Pocket Outfitters, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging

• In the same condition as received

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Restocking Fee & Shipping

All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee to cover handling and inspection costs.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our part.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
